Persona

Persona is a applicant tracking product. The World's Best Assistants. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting and Staffing Agency. As a large product team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Persona is based in Nashville, Tennessee. You can read more at personatalent.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed Persona on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
