PermitDocs

PermitDocs provides fast access to accurate municipal property zoning & building codes & regulations for land use & land development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services, Management Information Systems and Real Estate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PermitDocs is based in Boston, Massachusetts. More on permitdocs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with PermitDocs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
