PERITUS

PERITUS is a consulting firm that offers a range of engineering and consulting services that include AMS, ERP solutions, and outsourcing. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Quality Assurance, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PERITUS is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is peritussoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
