PerformanceTrak

PerformanceTrak offers software for task reporting, performance appraisals, and goal setting to boost productivity. The job it does: turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

Who is it for? Mostly analysts and leadership teams. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PerformanceTrak is based in Reston, Virginia. Their site is performancetrak.com.

Things worth asking about: data connectors, modeling layer, and viewer pricing. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
