PeRFORmance.neT

PeRFORmance.neT is an online tool that provides performance appraisals, goal management, development plans and salary worksheets. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PeRFORmance.neT is based in Camillus, New York and founded in 2000. More on performance.net.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with PeRFORmance.neT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
