Perfect Packet

Perfect Packet provides comprehensive SD-WAN management to ensure your network is optimized and runs as smoothly as possible today. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Perfect Packet is based in Hinsdale, Illinois. Their site is perfect-packet.com.
