Perceptual Systems

Perceptual Systems provides software engineering, software development, database design, implementation, and optimization services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Database and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Perceptual Systems is based in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. Their site is perceptualsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Perceptual Systems well, your review carries weight here.
