pennbio

PennBid provides an online bid management and e‐procurement platform for public agencies, authorities, schools, and design firms. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Collaboration, Construction, E-Commerce Platforms, Education and Government, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

pennbio is based in Robesonia, Pennsylvania and around since 2009. You can read more at pennbid.net.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used pennbio? Rate it.
