Pencerita

Pencerita is a legacy preservation platform for sharing family stories. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Mobile Apps and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pencerita is based in Thornton, Pennsylvania. Their site is pencerita.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Pencerita? Rate it.
