PELASyS

PELASyS offers software for aviation training and compliance management, including the TMDS platform. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. They also list Compliance and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PELASyS is based in North Charleston, South Carolina. Their site is pelasys.com.
