Peggnet Computers

Peggnet Computers is an IT Services Company that provides IT solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Peggnet Computers is based in Mendham, New Jersey. Their site is peggnet.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Peggnet Computers, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
