Peer Solutions Group

Peer Solutions Group is a full-service IT solution company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Project Management and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Peer Solutions Group is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. More on peersolutionsgroup.com.
