Peeple

Peeple provides a smart camera that identifies, informs, screens, and alerts people to any outside presence. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Internet of Things, Security and Smart Home. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Peeple is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2014. You can read more at peeple.io.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Peeple well, your review carries weight here.
