PeakOne Technology

PeakOne Technology is an IT company that offers IT support, monitoring, wireless solutions, data backup, and recovery services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PeakOne Technology is based in Asheville, North Carolina. You can read more at peakonetechnology.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
