PC On Call

PC On Call is a company that specializes in professional computer repair, software integration and computer and software training. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PC On Call is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You can read more at pconecall.com.
