PC Closure

PC Closure is a IT Managed Services firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Consulting, IT Management, VoIP and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PC Closure is based in Joliet, Illinois. More on pcclosure.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know PC Closure well, your review carries weight here.
