PBM Graphics

PBM Graphics an RR Donnelley Company is a printing company specializing in printing and fulfillment services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

PBM Graphics is based in Durham, North Carolina and founded in 1983. More on pbmgraphics.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
