PatronDB

PatronDB provides donor management software for non-profit organizations. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PatronDB is based in Rochester, New York. You can read more at patrondb.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used PatronDB? Rate it.
