Passage

Passage powers ticketing, payments, & technology, both online and at-the-door, for thousands of specialty events & millions of fans!. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), E-Commerce, Event Management, Events and FinTech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Passage is based in Detroit, Michigan. More on gopassage.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Passage, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
