PASKR

PASKR is a cloud based construction management solution built for every member of a team to bid, build, and track great projects. In practice that means bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

Who is it for? Mostly contractors and builders. They also list Construction, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PASKR is based in Nashville, Tennessee and around since 2004. Their site is paskr.com.

Before you commit, look at mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
