Parrott Ridge

Parrott Ridge is a software company that offers application implementation and report-writing services in Oracle. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Application Performance Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Parrott Ridge is based in Byrdstown, Tennessee. Their site is parrottridge.com.
