ParkM is a SaaS virtual parking permitting web app and system that provides parking solutions for the multifamily industry. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Online Portals, Parking, Property Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
