Park Sidekick

Park Sidekick creates software designed specifically for the management of Mobile Home Parks and Manufactured Housing Communities. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Park Sidekick is based in Springboro, Ohio. You can read more at parksidekick.com.
