ParaShoot

ParaShoot is a full HD wireless and wearable recording camera allowing multiple modes of recording and uses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Video. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ParaShoot is based in New York, New York and founded in 2013. You can read more at theparashoot.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
