Parakeet

Parakeet has been instrumental in turning our old fashioned locks and keys to cutting edge high-tech keyless entry systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Mobile Apps and Property Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Parakeet is based in Provo, Utah. Their site is goparakeet.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
