Paragon Energy Software

Paragon Consulting Corporation is committed to delivering integrated solutions for the competitive energy markets. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Energy, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Paragon Energy Software is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at paragonenergysoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
