Paragent

Paragent is an innovator of remote IT management tools. Its web-based product is designed for managed service providers who need. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Paragent is based in Muncie, Indiana and founded in 2003. Their site is paragent.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Paragent well, your review carries weight here.
