Paradise InfoTech

Paradise InfoTech offers Business IT Support & Custom High-End Commercial & Audio/Video and Automation installations services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Industrial Automation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Paradise InfoTech is based in El Cajon, California and around since 2009. Their site is paradise-infotech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
