Pantheon

Pantheon is a website operations platform that provides custom application services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure, Web Development and Web Hosting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Pantheon is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2010. Their site is pantheon.io.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Pantheon, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
