Palm Gardens

Palm Gardens is a consumer services company specializing in landscape irrigation design, installation, and maintenance services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Palm Gardens is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is gopalmgardens.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Palm Gardens, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
