Padgett Communications

Padgett Communications is the provider of the most efficient, powerful, and versatile learning and entertainment tools. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Padgett Communications is based in Tampa, Florida. Their site is pcipro.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
