PacketFabric

PacketFabric builds a Network-as-a-Service platform that redefines network connectivity. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

PacketFabric is based in Culver City, California. Their site is packetfabric.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know PacketFabric well, your review carries weight here.
