PackageBee

PackageBee is an order fulfillment software for online retailers. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, Made to Order and Retail. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PackageBee is based in Atlanta, Georgia. You can read more at packagebee.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with PackageBee, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
