Pacific Intermedia

Pacific Intermedia is a technology development organization that provides web application, business integration, and analytics services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Pacific Intermedia is based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Their site is pacificintermedia.com.
