PacGenesis

PacGenesis is a consulting and solutions provider focused on all things file transfer and security. Put simply, it is about cases, documents, time and billing for law firms.

Who is it for? Mostly solo practitioners to mid-size firms. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Legal, Legal Tech and Media and Entertainment. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PacGenesis is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2012. You can read more at pacgenesis.com.

Things worth asking about: trust accounting, document automation, and client portals. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with PacGenesis, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
