Ozark Technology

Ozark Technology is an IT consulting firm that provides business technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Development and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ozark Technology is based in Batesville, Arkansas. You can read more at ozarktechnology.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
