Owner Insite

Owner Insite is a Web-based capital project and construction project management software. The job it does: bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

Who is it for? Mostly contractors and builders. Related areas on their profile: Construction. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Owner Insite is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2003. Their site is owner-insite.com.
