Oversight Inc

Oversight Inc offers web-based services that record and report the actions and observations of various types of mobile employees. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Oversight Inc is based in Greenville, South Carolina. More on oversight-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
