Overlaptech

Overlaptech offers IT support, security, VoIP, backup, cabling, app development, and systems integration. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Overlaptech is based in Wood Dale, Illinois. You can read more at overlaptech.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
