Outploy

Outploy is an information technology company that provides artificial intelligence and software solutions for human resource management. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Management and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Outploy is based in Folsom, California. More on outploy.com.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Outploy well, your review carries weight here.
