Outlyer

Outlyer is a self-service infrastructure monitoring platform made for DevOps and microservices. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list DevOps, IT Infrastructure and Messaging, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
