outer edge technology

Outer Edge Technology provides cloud solutions services for businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Database. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. outer edge technology is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania and around since 2008. You can read more at outeredge.biz.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
