Out of a Jam Solutions provides information services for the Apple products. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Information Services and Service Industry.

Out of a Jam Solutions is based in Palmer, Alaska. You can read more at outofajam.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Out of a Jam Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
