Ourly

Ourly is a hiring platform that offers contractor hiring, time tracking, and payroll management services for staffing agencies. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ourly is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. More on ourly.io.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ourly, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
