OtterText

Otter Technologies provides OtterText, a text messaging and waiver platform for compliance and business growth. That is the short version of OtterText. Put simply, it is about replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

It makes the most sense for every team. They also list Big Data and Messaging, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

OtterText is based in Boulder, Colorado. You can read more at ottertext.com.

Things worth asking about: search, retention policies, and external guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know OtterText well, your review carries weight here.
