OTL Ventures

OTL Ventures is a software development company that builds products for early-stage businesses. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Product Design and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

OTL Ventures is based in Fort Collins, Colorado. More on otlventures.com.
