OSS Experts

OSS Experts is a consulting firm that provides training, software support, and deployment services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

OSS Experts is based in Laguna Beach, California. You can read more at oss-experts.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used OSS Experts? Rate it.
