Orion Novotus

Orion Novotus is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in temporary and permanent placement services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Orion Novotus is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2002. More on novotus.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
