Orchid Event Solutions

Here is Orchid Event Solutions in plain terms. Online Event Registration Services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Orchid Event Solutions is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and around since 1989. More on orchideventsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
