Optitek

Optitek, Inc., is one of the industry's leading providers of Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Business Process Automation services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA), Electronics, Industrial and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optitek is based in St Louis, Missouri and around since 1992. You can read more at optitek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
